I ordered 3 HSP's to be delivered and all three arrived with hot chili sauce when i asked for sweet chilli sauce (my wife cant eat hot hot food so there is no way i would have stuffed up my side of the order), so i called the store to let them know of the error and he refused to accept responsibility. He was adement that i had ordered hot chilli even though he couldnt even remember the order to begin with, let alone he wasnt the one to take phone order!
I didnt call to get it replaced. I only called to make them aware that the order wasnt right. He was unprofessional, completely rude and kept interupting me during the phone call. Also the chips were hard on the inside and had an undercooked taste.
