  The owner was lovely, he came out to our house and we spoke about all the things we wanted cleaned as we were moving out and putting our house on the market. He sent through a text later that day with a price and we agreed to go ahead with the service.
  
  Unfortunately, the cleaner wasn't so keen on doing all the things we had arranged with the owner and proceeded to argue and try and get out of doing the job as discussed. After a couple of heated conversations, a chat with the supervisor and a call to the owner... most of the cleaning was completed to the required standard.
  
  However, We were left to wipe down 3 slimline blinds before handing over the keys.
  
  I believe there are more cleaning staff than just this one, so I'm sure they aren't all bad :)
